■Use of a multilingual online video training
Trainees can feel free to learn about nursing care using our multilingual online training video system for caregivers. (The system supports other languages)
Trainees can improve their skills by taking video training from professional instructors.
Also, an e-learning system that checks the proficiency level of trainees allows everyone to learn more efficiently and practically.
In 2010, we received “Platinum Kurumin“(Medical Corporation Wakokai) and “KuruminMark “(Social Welfare Corporation Wakokai) from the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare.
We put our best effort to create an environment that allows all staff members to balance their work and parenthood, so they can work smoothly and fully demonstrate their abilities.
In 2017, the Medical Corporation Wakokai received “Eruboshi” based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace from the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare.We obtained the "Stage 3 Certification" that certifies the fulfillment of all the five evaluated items, which are 1. Hiring, 2. Work continuity, 3. Working hours, 4. Management ratio, and 5. Diverse carrier paths.■Staff trip
Once a year, staff can choose a travel destination from multiple courses in Japan and abroad. The staff family members can also join the trip.
*Previous destinations: Australia, Paris, Guam, Okinawa, Hokkaido, etc.

Our employees are entitled to 100 days of annual holiday. Those who have been working for 6 months will also be granted annual paid leave. (part-time staff who have worked for more than 80% of the prescribed working days stipulated by the company will also be granted annual paid leave.)
The paid leave acquisition rate in Wakokai Group has remained high at 68.5% in FY 2017.
The ability to get paid on an hourly basis is also a significant advantage for the employees.
Usually, new employees are not granted paid leave during the first 6 months of work. However, Wakokai offers five days of special paid leave for them. The special paid leave can be used under certain circumstances (Part-time staff can also use this system with certain conditions)■Staff housing
There are 3 locations of staff housing in Gifu City with reasonable rent at 15,000 yen.
Therefore, those coming from outside the prefecture can also work with us without worrying about having to pay much extra living cost.
The uniforms that our employees wear at work are lent to each job category.
The uniform of our care workers is lime green, vibrant color.
With a full length, the uniform has excellent functionality.

・Medical fee assistance ・・・・ Employees who go to any of the groups medical facilities for medical consultation will receive medical fee assistance up to 20,000 yen per month (excluding medicine cost).
・Influenza vaccination ・ ・ ・ Vaccination is given to employees before the start of the influenza season. All employees can receive the injection for free at any of the corporate facilities (hospitals and clinics).
・Medical examination・・・ We support the health of each employee by conducting periodic medical examinations once a year.
・Establishment of a consultation desk for problems at the workplace・・・The company sets up professional consultation desks for employees to talk about their issues at work with their privacy protected. The company newsletter "niccori" aims to make the employees smile and is published four times a year.It contains many fun contents, such as group activities and columns.
